Following is an outline of our professional staff:

John Franklin, CPA brings over 40 years of experience with his emphasis remaining on Nonprofit Audits & Reviews. As Senior Partner, John continues to utilize Matt, Dee Dee, and now Shannon, to assist him with his client base.  John is married with two adult sons and four wonderful grandchildren.

Matt Franklin, CPA is celebrating 15 years with the firm. As a Partner, his emphasis is on Tax Return Preparation, Consulting, General Operations of the firm, and he assists with Audits and Reviews of Nonprofit clients. Matt was raised in Charlotte and is a husband and the father of three children.

Deana (Dee Dee) Stirewalt, CPA is celebrating 15 years with the firm.  Dee Dee, a Charlotte native, is a wife and the mother of three children.  In the last several years, as her children have gotten older, she has been able to increase her availability in the area of Tax Return Preparation and has also expanded her services here to the area of Nonprofit Audits & Reviews.

Beginning January 2014 we welcomed our newest team member, Shannon R. Johnson, CPA. Shannon grew up in Charlotte and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with honors.  She has worked servicing both Audit and Tax clients for the last three years.  As a wife and the mother of young twin boys Shannon will be working approximately 80% of a full time schedule.

With the addition of Shannon and with Dee Dee’s increased capacity, we are eager
to serve our existing clients, as well as new clients, with greater excellence in our areas of focus.
